  1. If you’re reaching out on behalf of someone else, we kindly ask that they be available during the scheduled phone appointment to provide their consent for the initial screening. This ensures we can move forward smoothly and offer the personalized care they deserve, right from the start.
  2. Kindly inform the individual you’re referring that a trusted Care Coordinator from Nerudo LLC will be reaching out to them by phone. Transparency helps us build trust from the very first conversation — and ensures they’re prepared to receive the compassionate, personalized support we’re known for.
